Bribe criminals demanded for “naprapathy” the construction of a residential complex. “During receiving 200 thousand euros undue advantage, an employee and the accomplices were detained by law enforcement. Opened criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 (obtaining undue advantage by an official, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons combined with extortion) of the criminal code. Note that in the office, where he was detained, hangs the flag of the city Vyshgorod. The mayor of the locality is Alex Momot (political party “Volia”).
