In Lublin (Poland) three poles were sentenced to several months of public works for hanging anti-Ukrainian banner at the local stadium.

It is reported that in may last year at the stadium arena Lublin was posted two anti-Ukrainian banner “lions return, Bandera kill” in Polish and Ukrainian languages. To identify the persons who hung out the banner in the Polish language, failed. Those who posted the poster on Ukrainian language, was recorded by a surveillance camera.

The court decided that the banner contributed to the incitement of hatred on ethnic grounds. Unemployed, medical assistant and storekeeper sentenced to various terms of community service (six to nine months) and fined. Men banned from attending matches at the Arena Lublin between Poland and Ukraine.
