According to him, an important step towards the transformation of the environment will be the preparation for the world football Championship-2018.
“If we want to economically active citizens to work in our cities, creating new innovations, creating a new company, moved the economy of their cities, we need to transform our environment. Otherwise, they will just move into those jobs that offer them this opportunity”, — said Denis Leontyev.

“It seems to us that in 40 cities of Russia for the World Championship, you can equip key public spaces in the city, according to a new type of urban environment. And make these places as a legacy of the World Cup, which will be used on a daily basis of about 40 million people,” — said Denis Leontyev.
Thus, according to him, the program is designed not only for the city championship.
“This integrated model, the program of improvement which we will implement together with the seller. It should be based on new principles of creating an environment .
