Team Alexander Petrakova in Azerbaijan will compete for the status of the strongest on the continent.
In the first stage of qualification of the Ukrainian boys won first place in the group with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia and Moldova, and in the final stage of selection the national team of Ukraine ahead of England, Turkey and Finland.

In the final tournament in the 1/8 finals will break the top two teams from each group.
