All the forecasts of Ministry of economic development made based on the following economic factors: the average annual price of URALS oil will be $ 40 per barrel, and average annual dollar exchange rate will stay in the range of 64.4 to 65.5 rubles for one us dollar.
Under such economic scenario, the economic development Ministry predicts GDP growth of 0.6 percent and inflation of 4.9 percent in 2017. Also, the Agency did the calculations for 2018, where GDP growth should reach 1.7 percent and inflation at 4.4%; for 2019: GDP growth at 2.1 percent, inflation falling to 4.1 percent.
Economic development also predicts a decrease of capital flight from the country. By 2019, according to calculations of the Ministry, the outflow of capital from the country will amount to $ 16 billion.
