Head coach Italy Antonio Conte has announced an expanded squad for the upcoming European championship.
Because of injuries at Euro 2016 will not play two important players “of Italy’s squadra Azzurra” – the Central Midfielders Marco verratti and Claudio Marchisio. Conte decided not to take France Andrea Pirlo, was not included in the extended request and glittering in the MLS, Sebastian Giovinco.
The provisional squad of Italy for Euro 2016:
Goalkeepers: Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus), Salvatore Sirigu (PSG), Federico Marchetti (Lazio).
Defenders: Davide Astori (Fiorentina), Andrea Barzagli, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Daniele Swearing ( all Juventus), Angelo Ogbonna (West ham), Matteo Darmian (“Manchester United”), Mattia De Sciglio (AC Milan), David Zappacosta (Torino).
Midfielders: Marco Benassi (Torino), Giacomo Bonaventura, Riccardo Montolivo (both AC Milan), Daniele De Rossi, Alessandro Florenzi (both as Roma), Emanuele Giaccherini (“Bologna”), Jorginho (Napoli), Thiago Motta (PSG), Marco Parolo, Antonio candreva (both Lazio), Stefano Sturaro (Juventus).
Forwards: Eder (“Inter”). Ciro Immobile (Torino), Lorenzo Insigne (Napoli), Graziano Pelle (Southampton), Simone Zajda (Juventus), Federico Bernardeschi (Fiorentina), Stephan El Shaarawy (“Roma”).

Before the Euro 2016 national team of Italy will play two friendlies on may 29, the Vice-Champions of Europe will meet with Scotland, and on the sixth of June will examine Finland. The final composition of the team Conte is set to release on may 31.
