The international criminal court in the Hague took up for consideration the report of the Polish MP Malgorzata Gusevskoy war crimes of Russia in Donbass.

Commenting on the question of when the court will start the case, she noted that this court is slow, however, admitted that in this case the case can be reviewed faster than usual.
She also added that it is incorrect to call participants of events on Donbass “separatists”, because there were a lot of Russians, including military personnel.
“It is Russian mercenaries and the military, which has often been repeated in the Donbass, what did the Soviet officers in Katyn”, she added.
Answering the question of why the report is silent about the crimes committed by the Ukrainian military, she said that he focused only on the crimes of the Russian and the Ukrainian can be read in other reports, including in the official Ukrainian investigation.
“But the government in Ukraine, which is very important, investigates and reports to the court such things. And Russia does nothing with those crimes in Donbass committed by its citizens, the authorities in Russia don’t care,” she said.
