The Russian government decided to cut health care costs in 2017 33%, the draft budget law, published on Wednesday by the Ministry of Finance.
The total amount of provisions for health care will amount to 362 billion rubles, as against 544 billion in the refined paintings of the 2016 budget.
Government spending on inpatient care will be reduced by 39% – from 243 to 148 billion rubles.
The costs of outpatient care for citizens will fall 1.7% from 68,995 to of 113.4 billion.
Expenditure under the item “sanitary-epidemiological well-being” resolved to reduce by 16% from 17,473 to 14.68 billion rubles.
The cost of applied research is cut by 21% to 16,028 billion.
Note that in the law on budget for 2016, health spending is lower (468 billion) than in the refined paintings, which are monthly, the online help published on its website the Ministry of Finance.
When compared with the figures noted in the budget law, total expenditure on healthcare will be reduced in 2017 to 20%, the cost of inpatient care will fall by 34%, spending on outpatient care by 10%.
