The Russian government decided to cut health care costs in 2017 33%, the draft budget law, published on Wednesday by the Ministry of Finance.

When compared with the figures noted in the budget law, total expenditure on healthcare will be reduced in 2017 to 20%, the cost of inpatient care will fall by 34%, spending on outpatient care by 10%.
