Smartphone LG G6, the new flagship of the Korean vendor was supposed to come out next spring in the kit with OLED screen curved shape. However, it’s not going to happen: the cell phone, of course, will go on sale, but he will have to settle for the classic flat display.
Plans to release a nominal curved LG G6 is officially cancelled and the reason for this were problems with the supply of the desired OLED panels. Reportedly, the manufacturer is not willing to provide the necessary volume of output, so either LG G6 will be hellishly scarce cell phone, or have to make it flat. Choose the second option, and in addition were also made to the refusal of the full metal casing including a front panel. This is due to the high final cost of the smartphone and potentially low demand.
Further, LG G6 will cost with and without technology ultra-fast charging, which is still in the process of development. As a result, the smartphone LG G6 will not be able to compete with its main rivals, Samsung, which is already on the curved panel Super AMOLED. Even Apple is preparing to introduce a new iPhone with a screen 8 based on the matrix OLED, so that LG risks specifically to keep and go down to the level of HTC, which manufactures expensive, but very few people want flagship smartphones.
