The Federal budget deficit of Russia has made for the first five months of 2016 1,393 trillion rubles, reports “Interfax” with reference to the Treasury data. The income was equal 4,635 trillion rubles, expenses — 6,039 trillion. Compared to the same period last year, the difference between expenses and income has grown by almost a third.
The deficit of the consolidated budget of Russia in January-may amounted to 893,6 billion rubles. Revenues as of June 1, executed in the sum of 10.21 trillion rubles, expenses — of 11.1 trillion.
Budgets of state extra-budgetary funds surplus 10,539 billion on revenues of $ 3.885 trillion rubles and expenditures 3,875 trillion. Also with the surplus got through the first five months of budgets of subjects of Federation.
From January to April 2016 Federal budget deficit of Russia amounted to 1.23 trillion rubles.
The 2016 budget adopted with a deficit of 2.36 trillion rubles (3 percent of GDP). It has an average annual price of Urals oil at $ 50 per barrel. Expected revenues when the cost of hydrocarbons will be 13,74 billion rubles, expenses — 16.1 trillion. Due to the fall in oil prices, the budget parameters may be revised.
