Two young men, Matt and Jessica Johnson live as a dream of many.
In August 2011 they sold everything they had, quit my job, bought a yacht and went on a journey around the world. Former car salesman and economist (both 32) have visited 16 countries, including the Bahamas, Jamaica, Cuba and Peru. In 2012, they took the team another member – cat Georgie, who, it turns out, can swim.
We’ve spent all weekend watching TV, not doing anything worthwhile, memorable, or what would bring us joy. And at one point realized that I need to change something. And before all to settle down and have children, we decided a few years to devote exclusively to the emotions and impressions.
It all started in 2007 when we went to lake Michigan.
Matt considered yachts on the water and said that it would be nice to have a vacation at sea on a yacht.
He said: – We can buy either a property or a yacht. What do you think we need more?
And we decided that we were going to spend your weekend on the water. And in June 2011 we sold the house, so they decided that they would like to travel longer than 4-5 years. And preferably further.
In July, we both retired, sold the cars and started the cruise.
In 2012 we adopted a cat Georgie.
Georgie held up fine on the yacht even more stable on it than we do.
This trip is good for our relationship.
Here in case of a dispute no the answer is not out – nowhere. Therefore, it can be solved all at once 🙂
The cat loves watching the water and passing fish.
And yet, Georgie knows how to swim.
She once jumped overboard, explode yacht and climbed the stairs in the back.
We have heard a lot about how people put off their dreams until retirement… but at that age, a desire is simply not feasible…
Soon our journey ends. Would like to see emotions from him was enough for a lifetime.
