The EU is going in the next few hours to enter the first sanctions because of the situation in Aleppo against ten Syrians, writes The Wall Street Journal, citing two sources familiar with the situation.
The number of Syrian nationals, which are going to include in the sanctions list, were members of the Syrian government, military officials and businessmen associated with the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
