The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Vladimir Malinovsky confirmed the indictment against the former CEO of the company “OPK development” Dmitry Amunts, the business partner of the head of Mezhprombank (BCH) Sergei Pugachev. In January 2011 the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee in Moscow opened a criminal case on the fact of deliberate bankruptcy of Mezhprombank.
