Arbitration court of the Moscow district rejected the former soloist and the producer of group “Tender may” Andrei Razin in the cancellation of the order by the Central Bank on revocation of the license of the Nizhniy Novgorod Bank of the BSS. On Tuesday, April 12, RIA Novosti reported. Razin was one of the co-owners of the credit institution, his package was 9,16%.
The former musician was admitted to the arbitration of Moscow on 7 October 2015. The trial court in December recognized an order of the Central Bank lawful and justified. The court of appeal in February upheld the findings at first instance.
License from the United national Bank was revoked on 6 October 2015. The Central Bank explained the decision by saying that the lender was engaged in doubtful operations on withdrawal of funds abroad.
As follows from the decision of the court of appeal “in the first quarter of 2015, the rate of participation of the LLC “United national Bank” in questionable conduct operations customers again exceeded the threshold set by the Central Bank as a criterion of doubtful operations”.
On September 1, 2015 United national Bank ranked 622nd place in the Russian banking system by total assets. The financial institution was a member of the Deposit insurance system.
