Zaporozhye, the court refused to satisfy the claim of “Sberbank of Russia”, which demanded the seizure of movable and immovable property, as well as accounts of “Zaporizhzhya metallurgical plant “Zaporizhstal” in the amount of the debt. This is stated in the decision of the court, placed in the Unified registry of court decisions.
Reportedly, the plaintiff asked the court to enforce the decision of Arbitration court of the Rostov region dated 9 June 2014 on the imposition of arrest on property “Zaporizhstal” within the boundaries of debt in the amount 10,39 million dollars.
The court motivated the decision to refuse satisfaction of the claim, due to the fact that the seizure of property and accounts “may lead to the creations of interference in the implementation of production activities, also lead to the violation of the rights and interests of persons, in particular employees on the timely receipt of wages.”
