At the moment, the Moscow authorities take 50 thousand square meters in the eight buildings in the city center. The building is recognized as officials of a valuable urban facilities, their operation costs about 125 million rubles a year. By calculations of officials, when moving, the cost of the placement agencies would be reduced by 54 million rubles per year.
According to the Deputy Klychkov, the declared purpose of trying to save money and make money on the successful sale of the former offices of the officials are unlikely to be fulfilled.
“Officials turned the program providing for preferential lease of objects of cultural heritage, which is a historic building under repair could be removed on preferential terms,” — concluded the Deputy.
