The Communist party: “the Move of the Moscow officials in the city — a flight from the citizens”

КПРФ: «Переезд московских чиновников в Сити — это бегство от граждан»

The mayor’s office will move into one of the towers of the business center Moscow-city, the deal on the sale is completed. A large part of the difficulties associated with the move, will feel not officials, settlers, and ordinary Muscovites, this opinion was expressed by the head of the Communist party faction in the Moscow City Duma Andrey Klychkov.

At the moment, the Moscow authorities take 50 thousand square meters in the eight buildings in the city center. The building is recognized as officials of a valuable urban facilities, their operation costs about 125 million rubles a year. By calculations of officials, when moving, the cost of the placement agencies would be reduced by 54 million rubles per year.

According to the Deputy Klychkov, the declared purpose of trying to save money and make money on the successful sale of the former offices of the officials are unlikely to be fulfilled.

“Officials turned the program providing for preferential lease of objects of cultural heritage, which is a historic building under repair could be removed on preferential terms,” — concluded the Deputy.

According to Klychkov, the main difficulties are waiting for the city waiting. The Department of property recently recovered from the annexation of the Department of housing and after more than a year and a half of downtime began again to offer a waiting list subsidy and accommodations. Now the waiting list, apparently, will receive a letter about delays in resolving issues due to moving.

“Housing is automatically provided, based on the work of electronic databases. How they will transport database and archives of personal files? How much will re-establish the mechanism? No one knows,” – said Andrei Klychkov.

On 27 July a “Red line” reported that the mayor of Moscow bought offices in “Moscow-city” on 14 billion roubles.

Recall, the company “Rosoboronexport” bought six annual passes to put the stalls of the Bolshoi theatre. For the right to use the Lodge at its discretion, the organization will pay 13 million 200 thousand rubles.
