More than 600 microfinance institutions decided to exclude from the registry of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. To such action the regulator intends to use the results of monitoring the performance of MFIs requirements on entry into self-regulatory organization.
Another 326 offenders received from the Central Bank up to 90 days to correct the violations. If they do not, then the market could leave almost a third of its members.
Recall that MFI was mandatory to become members of one of the official SRO to 6 September. However, this is not made from 946 3195 registered microfinance organizations. In this case, those 620 MFIs, which the Central Bank is prepared to exclude from the register, and had other violations, according to news Agency “SeverInform” with reference to Kommersant.
Note, if the 326 organizations will not enter in SRO for istechenii 90 days — apart from exceptions – will face administrative penalty in the amount from 500 to 700 thousand rubles.
