The British foreign office urges citizens not to travel to the North Caucasus and fear of both the Russian capitals

The British foreign office (foreign Office) advises its citizens not to visit most of the North Caucasian republics of the Russian Federation. This information was published on the Agency’s website.

“The foreign Ministry recommends not to make any trips to Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan, and also in areas Budennovsky Levokumskij, Neftekumsk, Stepnovskogo and Kursk Stavropol territory. The foreign Ministry also recommends to cancel all trips, except for the most necessary in North Ossetia, Karachaevo-Cherkessia, and Kabardino-Balkaria. In these regions there is a high terrorist threat”, — reported on the website of the foreign office.

At the same time, the British foreign Ministry warns its citizens wishing to visit Moscow and St. Petersburg that in the coming days in both capitals will host political activities.

However, the British foreign Minister stressed that in 2011, citizens UK 127 thousand times visited Russia and mainly had no problems in the country.
