Though it seems that first and foremost the characters have to look for the organizers of the terrorist act, most attention is focused on the newly elected President of the United States. Everyone in the West wing of the White house it is obvious that Tom Kirkman was not prepared for what happened: he doesn’t know how to act in a given situation, afraid of the consequences of their decisions, why are already suffering ordinary people of America.
