In Moscow at the request of prosecutors, a commercial Bank was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine for violation of the order of the processing of personal data of the citizen.
As reported by “Rosbalt” in press service of the Prosecutor General, JSC “Bank credit cards” handed over the personal data of the inhabitant of the Samara region to a collection Agency for forced collection of arrears. It is established that the Bank and collection company personal data of the citizen were processed with violations of Federal law.
The Prosecutor brought against a legal person the case on administrative offence under article 13.11 of the administrative code (violation of the established by law procedure for collection, storage, use, or dissemination of information about citizens (personal data).
