Average transaction amount in 2016 still makes 8,5 thousand square meters, which is also below the average level in 2015 by 40%.
Hardest — twice — activity of tenants and buyers fell in retail trade. The analysts have recorded an increase in the activity of tenants in the segments logistics and manufacturing 10%.
Experts believe that the reduction in development activity in the Moscow region will lead to a reduction in vacancy and an increase in mid-2017, even with current low demand for warehouse space.
According to preliminary estimates, next year will be built more than 550 thousand sq m of warehouse space.
