The court in the case of the death of flight “Malaysian airlines” can go under the auspices of the UN.
The list of suspects of involvement in the crash over the territory of Ukraine “Boeing”, carrying out flight MH17, will be prepared and approved by the end of 2016, the year or beginning of 2017. This was stated by Australian foreign Minister Julie Bishop in an interview with Australian TV channel ABC.
She did not rule out that the court in the case of the death of flight “Malaysian airlines” would go under the auspices of the UN. However, according to Bishop, Russia will veto any attempt to establish such a court.
Also covers options of creation of the international Tribunal, as in the case of a terrorist attack in Lockerbie, and litigation in the Netherlands.
On 28 September, the international investigation team investigating the crash of MH17, told the relatives of the victims the results of their work. Experts came to the conclusion that the plane was shot down by a missile “Buk” in Russia, which was delivered to the Donbas from Russia, and then was returned to Russia.
According to the investigation, the missile was fired from the plant, located near the settlement of Snow, which at that time was under the control of Pro-Russian separatists.
Russian authorities announced the published results of the preliminary and proposed to wait for the “final truth”.
“Boeing 777” airline “Malaysian airlines” crashed on July 17, 2014 in the Donbass. On its Board there were 298 people, they all died.
