Moscow. April 10. INTERFAX.RU – German foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has said again that he would prefer to see Russia as part of the G8, leads Sunday the words of the Minister of the German radio station Deutsche Welle.

“I wish to ensure that the G7 did not remain for a long time, but we created the conditions for the return to G8”, – he said on the eve of the meeting of the foreign Ministers of the G7 countries, which began on Sunday in the Japanese city of Hiroshima.

He said the main conditions of Russia’s participation in G8, its contribution to the settlement of the crisis around Ukraine and Syria.
