About this, urging the European Union to remove sanctions against Russia, said Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert fico in an interview with Reuters.
“Speaking of the implementation of the Minsk agreement, it is necessary to say clearly that both sides violate it. In fact, if we conducted a review of how Ukraine fulfils it, would you say that Ukraine fulfills its even smaller than Russia. It is true that Ukraine is the good guy and Russia is the bad guy,” – said fico.
The Slovak Prime Minister said that sanctions against Russia were ineffective, bad for the EU and the economic interests of Slovakia. He added, however, that will respect the joint EU position on this issue.
