First Deputy head of the Moscow investigation Department Denis Nikandrov hid a criminal case on embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the celebration of Victory Day in the Moscow metro, reports “Rosbalt” with reference to an informed source.
According to him, in November 2015, the fourth Department of the MIA was transferred to investigative management of SK across Moscow the case file, which said that the actions of officials of the Moscow metro was considered fraud (article 159 of the criminal code) and abuse of official powers (article 285 of the criminal code). The documents came to the first Deputy head of the Moscow investigatory management SK Denis Nikandrov.
As told to “Rosbaltu” a source in the order Nikandrov in December 2015, and in January, February and March 2016 imposed the decision about refusal in excitation of criminal case. However, the Prosecutor’s office each time cancelled these failures. In March 2016 Nikandrov ordered to transfer materials to the investigative Department of CJSC SK across Moscow, where they “hid from the Supervisory authority”. Later it turned out that the documents sent in Tushino Department of the SC, a month later sent back to the office, where they registered under a different number.
The Prosecutor’s office has repeatedly addressed this issue in the main investigatory management SK across Moscow, however, these complaints were ignored. Only after the arrest nikandrova, the situation changed.
“Now GSU SK the Russian Federation across Moscow checks the number of other cases and inspections, which — according to the order nikandrova, have been adopted by strange decisions,” — said the source of “Rosbalt”.
On 23 July it became known that the FSB demanded all criminal cases investigated by the arrested Deputy head of the Moscow Department of insurance, major General Denis Nikandrov.
July 19, Denis Nikandrov was arrested with him in custody was sent to the head of management of own safety of SK Michael Maximenko and his Deputy Alexander Limonova. All of them are accused of receiving a bribe in especially large size (according to media reports, the amount could reach up to $5 million). The defendants for the money promised to soften the measure of restraint for Andrei Kochanova (Italian) and Edward Romanov, friends of Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro Young).
