The Russian economy has gone through structural changes and adapted to new conditions, said the Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
In his opinion, by the end of 2016 the Russian economy will show growth.
According to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, the ruble in the next three years shall not significantly change under the condition that the average annual price of oil will remain relatively stable at $40 per barrel.
