In mid-July, entered into force a very important law, which the media unfairly bypassed its attention. We are talking about a new trade law.
The meaning of the new bill is to protect domestic producers of food products, be it the farmer, the Baker or grower from tyranny retailers and unfair competition. In the end, for us end consumers, the new law will provide access to quality products at affordable prices.

Important amendment is the decrease in the premium turnover doubled, from 10 to 5 percent. Innovation will not only reduce the waiting time for payment manufacturers, but also establish the time starting from the time of actual delivery of the goods. So now manufacturers will be spared from having virtually interest-free lending to the commercial network.
In addition, the networks forbid return of unsold goods. Previously, the store could return unsold or damaged goods to the manufacturer. Especially the “returns” suffered from bakery product manufacturers.
The new law has already supported the unions of producers, trade unions, agriculture, farmers, unions, consumer protection and the Federal Antimonopoly service.
