Director of the Moscow football club “torpedo” Alexey Saidenov was beaten up by fans of his own team and is now going to quit.

As told to Saidenov, the incident occurred before the match in the second division of the championship of the country in which the torpedo on Thursday lost away “Ryazan” (1:2). “I was attacked on one of the Central streets of Ryazan. The attackers knew who I was; obviously it was the fans, “torpedo”, everyone knows about their strained relationship with the club,” he said.
“This issue was repeatedly raised, but it’s been 5-6 years,” he continued. – I got bored, so I’m gonna quit”.
According to Saidenov, he escaped with “a bump” and yet did not go to the emergency room. On the question of whether to contact the police, the man replied, “I don’t know. What’s the point? To whom to complain?”.
