The Ministry of energy of Russia were not invited to the meeting of OPEC in the International energy forum in Algeria on September 26, reports TASS.
“The official invitation from OPEC and Venezuela is not” – said the Agency interlocutor.
Earlier the oil Minister of Venezuela, Eulochio del Pino said that OPEC has agreed to hold a meeting in Algeria, to perform the market after the summer period. According to him, the need of the meeting due to the decline in oil prices, which, if you do not take measures to regulate the market in the winter can drop to about $ 20 per barrel.
While at the meeting, the OPEC members do not plan to return to negotiations on a “freezing” of oil.
