Passengers of “Rossiya airlines”, departing 24 July from Vladivostok to Moscow on the corporate aircraft “Vladivostok”, complained about the low level of service and the condition of the cabin of the aircraft.
According to passengers, a ticket in business class to Moscow cost about 70 thousand roubles. However, the level of service, in their opinion, does not correspond to this amount.
In particular, in the interior there are old broken chairs. In addition, during the flight I lost the built-in media console. Later, the flight attendants were asked to provide a blanket – the passenger received indelible, with traces of dirt.
“To see this in business class – the mind boggles. Why pay more for a ticket if you can get all of the same economy?”, – puzzled passengers.

Journey time is 8 hours and 20 minutes when travelling from Moscow (flight SU6481) and 8 hours and 50 minutes when departing from Vladivostok (flight SU6482).
