If all the conspiracy theorists “analyzing” the actions of the American administration with the same biased insistence that the Kremlin’s actions, the phrase “Obama leaked” would be the mild formulation suitable to describe the reality. However, critics of Russian policy to “Patriotic” positions would argue that the “weak Putin” lost “partners” even at a time when the Washington state Capitol will develop the tricolor, and in the oval office of the United Nations will take full and unconditional surrender of the United States.
The reality, of course, much more difficult, more dangerous and neodnoznachnye the above happy picture. But, if we are “public figures”, manages to suspect the defeatist in the Kremlin, applying the same measure to the White house, make sure that in comparison with Moscow of the Washington politicians are just examples of fortitude, courage and success.
What we saw in the last two days?

And only Ukraine, Donbass, the Minsk agreement, contrary to custom, did not care about the head of the American foreign policy. This is all the more strange that at the same time in Moscow was the Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany, a great friend of USA Franz-Walter Steinmeier. The man whose signature adorns not only under the guarantees of implementation of the Minsk agreements, but subject to safeguards given on February 21, 2014 Yanukovych the international mediators, solemnly asserts that once the security forces leave the center of Kiev and will go to the places of permanent deployment, the Maidan immediately without the noise and dust will dissolve in time and space.
Then Steinmeier was the main guarantor of the agreement. All-so he is a former Vice-Chancellor and Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany, on the financial and economic power which holds the EU, and not some Sikorski, representing debt living in Poland, and a minor diplomat, deal testified Yanukovych with the opposition on behalf of France.

America worried about the middle East and with Ukraine, Germany can understand yourself. And Berlin is not only abandoned by Washington. Why Paris and Washington so openly distancing themselves from Ukraine? And why continue to wallow in the dregs of the Kiev policy in Berlin?
The West finally realized two things. First, Kiev is unable and unwilling not only to strictly and timely implement the Minsk agreement (although, by the way, direct and public recommendations made in the October 2015 Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, President of France Francois Hollande and unequivocally supported the Vice President of the United States Joseph Biden Robinette, during his speech in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in December of the same year), but even to imitate their performance (to provide its Western allies some room to maneuver). With the simplicity that worse than theft, the Kiev politicians openly declare that they wanted to spit on and own commitments, and guarantees in the West. The West should help them to destroy Russia, and further though the grass not to grow.
Secondly, living by a principle “after us the deluge” Kiev practically waited for this “flood”. The authorities have practically lost control over the country, and the transformation! in the Makhno became a matter of time, not of principle. Who will take the last leg from Ukraine, he is going to be accountable. Last clearing the table and washing the dishes, and in this case it is necessary a body to make.
Washington was granted an honorary right to be the last in Ukraine the European Union. France, which never was immersed in the Ukrainian problems too deep and the internal policy of which the situation in Kiev has virtually no effect, also washed his hands, leaving Germany to clear up this mess (brewed in which German politicians, including the Federal Chancellor, had indeed taken a direct and immediate participation) alone.
Germany, desperate to get at least some constructive proposals from Ukraine, tried to persuade the Kremlin to the decision of the German problems at the expense of Donbass. They want the DNR/LNR will pretend that Ukraine at least something done, and will hold elections in the format in which wants Kiev. While German politicians situation in Ukraine resulted in such panic mode that they, like the Russian conspiracy theorists, believed in the omnipotence of the Kremlin and do not want to understand – to even suggest or assume that the influence of Russia in the people’s Republic is not infinite, and even if Moscow itself to the detriment rushed to save the career of Merkel and Steinmeier at the expense of the lives of millions of Russians in Donbass, it does not mean that the people and army of DNR/LNR would agree, peacefully and passively go to the slaughter.
Berlin needs progress in resolving the Ukrainian crisis. At least the formal progress. Progress at any cost. May shed more rivers of blood, just a pair of elderly German politicians could save face and for a further term to remain in power after the elections of September 2017.
Germany is so much progress that she was not ashamed to be alone in the combination of a brothel with a pest house, which is called the Ukrainian government. France, USA and everyone who could, went away and pretend they weren’t even there.
Russia (Gryzlov) and DNR (Putilin) openly mock the hapless Germans, openly explaining to them that I have nothing against that, and asked Mr. Steinmeier, to hold the election before July 2016, but Ukraine itself refuses.
And it’s true. The paradox is that even if DNR/LNR will declare their readiness to conduct the elections according to the Ukrainian laws and turn a blind eye to the sabotage of the Minsk process to Kiev, the last still can not and do not wish to participate. Kiev does not want peace, even at the cost of total surrender of Donbass. Kyiv needs to kill everyone, preferably up to Kamchatka.
If it were possible, not only Steinmeier would agree with this plan, but Kerry would help to implement it. But to kill all, Ukraine is not, even on territories of national republics, which are under its temporary control. It’s a failed state. She’s incapacitated. Her power is a fiction. With her have nothing to talk about.
That is the main problem of Germany and Steinmeier personally. They thought that in Kiev responsible partners, and there is only “smoke squarcle”. Germany stalled. And it does not Pat when it is just to go nowhere. This is zugzwang, where every next move worsens the position. And out of this zugzwang will be plotted only when a team of clowns-murderers who call themselves the Ukrainian authorities, will leave the poor country and move (who will take) the court in the Hague.
