Buyskiy district court of Kostroma region has recognized the information of the nine sites for the illegal sale of firearms weapons prohibited. This was reported in the press service of the Prosecutor General.
“Buyskiy district court of Kostroma region has fully satisfied the requirements of the Prosecutor. Published on the Internet information about the illegal sale of arms recognized by the court is prohibited to spread on the territory of the Russian Federation”, — stated in the message Department.
The court’s decision will be sent to Roskomnadzor to block them.

According to article 222 of the criminal code, illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition is a criminal offence. Federal law “On information, information technologies and protection of information” prohibits the dissemination of information, for which criminal or administrative liability.
