The beginning of September marked the musical contest “New wave”, which will be held in Sochi from 3 to 9 September. Young performers will show itself in all its glory to win not only the love of the public, but also the recognition of the jury.
On the opening day of the competition is traditionally held on gala concert: on stage will be not only participants, but Ricky Martin! 44-year-old hunk will be headlining the event.

“New wave” is the color of domestic show business: Philip Kirkorov, Valery Meladze, Sergey Lazev, Igor Krutoy, Irina Dubtsova, Polina Gagarina, Ani Lorak, Vera Brezhneva, Alexey Vorobyov and many others.
Recall that the contest “New wave” from 2002 to 2014 was held in Jurmala. One of the reasons for the relocation of the festival was introduced by the Latvian authorities the ban on visits to the country of the Russian artists, including Valeriya, Iosif Kobzon and Oleg Gazmanov. This year the competition will take place on the territory of Sochi marine commercial port, where specially for this event will be elevated to New Wave Hall.
