To maintain good health sufficient to carry a small complex of simple exercises office relaxing exercises for the neck.

The proposed exercises are designed to relax tense muscles of the neck and all together should take about 4-5 minutes a day.

Exercise 1.

Stand freely, hands down. Raise your shoulders as high as possible. Keeping them in this state, pull back as far as possible, then lower and return to its original position, thus making a circular motion of the shoulders fast enough. Repeat the exercise 25 times below the shoulders continuously were described by a circular motion.

Exercise 2.

The same as in exercise 1, only in the opposite direction. Pull your shoulders back, then lift up, advance, lower and return to starting position. Repeat 25 times continuously.

Exercise 3.

Lower the chin as low as possible on the chest, neck relax, then lift your head and tilt it as far back as possible. Repeat 12 times.

Exercise 4.

Lower chin to chest as in the previous exercise, then slowly turn your head to the left, fold back, turn right, return to starting position. The circular motion should be uniform, with the maximum amplitude, but without tension.

Repeat the exercise in the opposite direction. Repeat 6 times one way and 6 in another.

Exercise 5.

Turn your head more to the left (body should remain straight, return to starting position. Turn your head more to the right. Repeat 10 times at a slow pace.

If these five exercises to perform regularly, soon will come the relaxation of the muscles of the neck and upper back that will promote better blood flow and nerve energy to the head.
