The national guard of Russia in the next three years plans to allocate more than 630 billion roubles, follows from the draft law “On the Federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019”, published on the portal of projects of normative legal acts.
According to the document, in 2017 Regardie will allocate 211 billion rubles, of which 196, 9 billion rubles will be spent on internal forces. In 2018 will provide an additional 210 billion rubles, and in 2019 — 209,9 billion. On internal troops in 2018 and 2019 will be allocated for 195 billion.
On 5 April the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree according to which on the basis of Internal troops of the interior Ministry created the Federal service of national guard troops (FSWG) of Russia. The objectives of the new structure among other things includes “the fight against terrorism, organized crime”. The head of the national guard was appointed Viktor Zolotov.
