Recurive hookah from the Eternal flame kubanets will appear before court

The Prosecutor’s office of Armavir opened a case on an administrative violation against the 23-year-old unemployed man who lit the hookah from the Eternal flame. The supervisors believe him guilty of petty hooliganism (article 20.1 of the administrative code). Business is directed to court for consideration in essence. On Wednesday, March 9, reported on the website of the Prosecutor’s office of Krasnodar region.

It is established that the incident also involved a 20-year-old girl who photographed took place on a mobile phone and posted them on the Internet.

Photographs in which a young man sets fire to coal for hookah from the Eternal flame in the centre of Armavir, appeared in social networks on 7 March. Memorial of damages didn’t receive. As the newspaper writes, “the Word without borders”, soon after the publicity shots have been removed.

In may last year in Aleksin, Tula oblast schoolchildren fried potatoes and burnt wreaths at the Eternal flame. Then it was reported that a criminal case under article “violation of bodies died and places of their burial”.

In April, a resident of the village Zimovniki Rostov region is dropped into the Eternal fire phone and tried to get it. As a result, the flame extinguished. Against men opened a criminal case under article “Damage or desecration of places of burial”.

In Cherepovets (Vologda region) in December 2014, a man was sentenced to one year in prison for vandalism. During the celebration of Victory Day he collected the coins that people tossed into Eternal fire, and accidentally put out the flame sleeve.
