Some believe that Putin clings to power and does not go away, because he, like any dictator, drunk on power. Other – because it has not yet fulfilled its great mission to save Russia, have not yet dispersed not bad boyars and replaced them with good, and when you do – be sure to go on break.
Both these views are wrong.
The first is wrong because Putin is no dictator. Let’s see how he conducts meetings, what kind of texts he read at various forums and summits can be long and boring, full of banal repetition. Is this the way to behave people’s good or evil stands?
