The Russian leader also stressed that the Federal budget deficit must be contained within the planned values of — 3.7% of GDP. “There are certain risks of its increase… you Need to strive to ensure that within the law to keep the deficit”, he said.

As Putin said, according to the plan, the deficit should amount to 3.7%, but there is the risk of adding 0.1-0.2 percentage points.
