In ranking it ranked 30 out of 50.
“Putin has shown little concern about sanctions and low global oil prices. The world expects the Russian President will do next, slightly fearing the impact it may have on oil, border States of Eastern Europe, the Middle East and maybe even in the elections of the President of the United States,” the Agency says.
In the first place in the ranking this year, Bloomberg put the Prime Minister Theresa may, who headed the British government in July 2016.
