On the line of contact in Donbas there are armed OSCE observers – only under this condition possible political settlement in the conflict zone. This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, reports TASS. According to him, the armed representative of the OSCE will be able to provide a complete cease-fire.
Gradually, the border control will be transferred from the OSCE to the Ukrainian border guards, and then we can talk about full implementation of the Minsk agreements, Poroshenko added.
In addition, he stressed, under the supervision of the OSCE mission should be given to the heavy machinery and artillery.
