Gionee company started distributing a new smartphone Marathon M5 Plus. Belonging to the series “Marathon” suggests there is a gadget inside the high-capacity battery, and in this case the manufacturer has installed a battery as much as 5020 mAh. The battery life is unfortunately not stated, but I think the problems with this is not.
Smartphone Gionee Marathon M5 Plus is exactly 400 U.S. dollars when ordering directly from China, and the lion’s share of the price falls on its screen, because it is, firstly, AMOLED, secondly Full HD, in the third 6-inch panel. Plus, it’s covered by strengthened glass to 2.5 D, so it was pretty serious. For all other characteristics, in principle, is standard, except for the microUSB port, which here is simply no — it was replaced with a more modern USB-C, symmetric, glamorous and high-speed. Gionee Marathon Plus M5 was equipped with two slots for SIM-cards, but about the microSD slot seems to have forgotten, as it is not mentioned in the press release.
Also available 3 GB of RAM along with 64GB ROM, a conventional camera of 13 MP rear and 5 MP above the display and at the same time the hardware Home button right below the touch screen. It is not quite traditional, because in its depths lies the fingerprint scanner into early prototypes of the smartphone which was located on the rear panel. Gionee Marathon M5 Plus is powered by 8-core processor from MediaTek with integrated LTE and operated by Google’s Android OS 5.1. A newer version of firmware data are not available, but it is supplemented by a shell Amigo 3.1, in any way, fortunately, is not associated with the same “browser”. Is Gionee Marathon M5 Plus $ 400.
