On the basis of a regiment of special function Ukrainian police “Dnepr-1”, investigators found a record number of illegally removed from the conflict zone in the Donbass weapons, ammunition and explosives. On Wednesday, July 6, the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (GPU).

“Investigative actions were carried out at the place of deployment of the regiment in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Weapons, ammunition and explosives were taken from the conflict zone as already decommissioned military equipment,” — said in a statement.

In interview to TV channel “112 Ukraine” the head of the Department of investigation of economic crimes of the GPU, Vladimir Gutsulyak suggested that the weapons were intended for transportation to Kiev and transfer of criminal groups.

In turn, the press service of the regiment on his page in Facebook published a statement which said that all the weapons on the basis of “Dnepr-1” is stored formally and the photos are posted on the website of the Prosecutor General, are fake.

In July of 2015 Ukrainian hacker with the alias “Cyberberkut” caught the volunteer battalions of the interior Ministry and the SBU in hundreds of crimes. The group has published the relevant documents on its website. In particular, the hackers said that the SBU abducted the evil power of the people.
