According to him, after the start of the mass brawl on Khovansky a cemetery at the place were sent to 252 employee of the Metropolitan police and 40 employees of the Moscow police. In place of conflict and surrounding areas were detained 111 people.
He also added that, to prevent conflict, the police had to fire warning shots into the air.
At the scene was found a Kalashnikov rifle, a shell casing 51 of a different caliber, brass knuckles, knives, axes, sticks and pieces of rebar.
The conflict resulted from a gunshot wound to the chest killed a 22-year-old Tajik citizen, actually living in the cemetery. Besides 42-year-old newcomer and an unknown man were killed as a result of collision of the vehicle. No other victims.
On the incident criminal case was initiated under articles 105 of the criminal code (Murder of two and more persons committed by an organized group on preliminary arrangement”), 222 of the criminal code (“Illicit trafficking in firearms”) and 213 of the criminal code (“Hooliganism committed by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement”).
