Hero of new Russia, the former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev became co-owner of the famous Crimean sanatorium “AI-Todor”, founded by the Royal family. The sanatorium was transferred to tsarov by the government of the Crimea.
The decision of the authorities, which was adopted in November 2015, the resort is transferred to the reconstruction and development of LLC “Raduga”. The two founders are myself Tsarev (1%) and “SEL’billyar” in turn is 99% owned by the wife of the former MP. “Rainbow” is headed by his mother.
Under the deal until the end of 2024, the new owner of the resort must pay to the state 254 million rubles in taxes to 2022 “rainbow” suggests to invest in the building and transferred with him 2 hectares of the 220 million rubles. The money will build a new building of four floors, an indoor pool, and also updates communication.
Once the land of the sanatorium belonged to the Royal family in 1869 was the younger brother of Alexander II, Mikhail Nikolayevich.
According to the plans of the new owner, the resort should dramatically reduce the number of free places: if now it on such terms as are 50 of 65 beds, in the end, budget will be only 10 and the rest will be provided for a fee from the guests.
