President Barack Obama is scheduled after the end of the term of office to remain in Washington for a few more years to his youngest daughter Sasha could finish school. He stated this during his visit to Milwaukee, reports The Washington Post.
The President had lunch at one of the restaurants in the company of four women and men who previously wrote him a letter about the law available on the health service, the initiator of which he became. They talked about the weather and about the Midwest.
One of the women asked Obama about Hawaii, where he was born. “Hawaii is my home home”, — said the President, adding that Chicago is his true home. He recalled that his wife Michelle is originally from there.
Some of the participants of the dinner asked the President where he and his family will live after the presidential term ends.
“We’re going to stay for a couple of years, so that Sasha could finish school,” said Obama, explaining that it translated in the middle of the period of study in another place it would be “too hard”.
The United States presidential election will be held on 8 November. Current President Barack Obama for a third term cannot be put forward, the term of office will end in January 2017.
Barack and Michelle Obama were married in 1992. They are raising two daughters, 17-year-old Malia and 14-year-old Sasha. Both girls study in a private school Sidwell Friends in Washington, district of Columbia.
