The assistant Secretary of state for Europe and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland will arrive today on a visit to Moscow to discuss the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, according to a press release from the state Department.
“She will meet with senior representatives of the Russian government and will discuss the situation in Eastern Ukraine and next steps needed for implementation of the Minsk agreements”, – the document says.
