Assistant Secretary of state for Europe and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland has arrived in Moscow for talks on settling the situation in Donbass by “Aeroexpress”. On Thursday, June 23, on his page on Twitter reported the press Secretary of the American Embassy in Russia will Stevens.

In Moscow, Nuland needs to meet with Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov, reports TASS.
June 21, Nuland visited the capital of Ukraine.
In a press release, the State Department reported that the assistant Secretary will travel to Kyiv to meet with senior Ukrainian officials to discuss bilateral and regional issues, including reform and implementation of the Minsk agreements.
Last Nuland visited the Russian capital on may 18. Then, at the end of the consultation she stated that the United States will work in parallel with the “Quartet Norman” in order to achieve implementation of the Minsk agreements. After meeting with Surkov Nuland went to the restaurant “Varenichnaya №1” in order to eat dumplings.
On 15 January this year in Kaliningrad hosted the first meeting of Surkov and Nuland. “It was kind of a brainstorm and compromise for the purpose of implementation of the Minsk agreements”, — said Surkov.
