The new case against activist Ildar Dading, who was convicted for repeated violation of rules for holding rallies, were instituted under article 282 (“inciting hatred or hostility, and humiliation of human dignity”). This was announced by the wife of the prisoner Anastasia Zotova after talking with the investigator.
The second criminal case connected with some posts in Facebook. In his account of the social network Zotov wrote: “To find out what the see the story with a new case, today I went to the Basmanny MRSO. Found: the case was initiated under article 282 of the criminal code (“Extremism”) on the results of monitoring of the Basmanny Prosecutor’s office, which found signs of violations of law records from 2014 from one of your accounts network Facebook”.
According to her, “this account is registered in the name of Ildar Dading, however, is whether Ildar its owner is not known for certain”. Status Dading new business also unclear – Dading in materials called “outstanding” by the investigative Department.”
“So far, the case looks like this: someone starts a still unknown account, calls himself Ildar Davnym, writes posts and then deletes some of them at a time, while the real government is in jail without access to the Internet,” – said Zotov.

In late June, the activist was again taken to jail N4 of Moscow to testify in the new case. During interrogation on 7 July, the investigators were interested in his activity in social networks. Lawyer Dading Alex lipcer then suggested that the activist may be a case under article 282 of the criminal code.
Ildar Dading became the first accused under article 212.1 of the criminal code (Repeated violation of the established procedure of organizing or holding meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches or picketing”) after her appearance in the new edition of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2014.
