A large network of shops of home appliances and electronics “Eldorado” for sale, says RBC with reference to sources. According to sources RBC, the main contender for the purchase is the group Safmar, which may, after a transaction wants to combine “Eldorado” belonging to it “Technosila”.
Information about the sale was confirmed by the representative of the company Emma Capital, which owns 20% of “Eldorado”. Commenting on the Agency the situation, he noted that currently, this issue have been ongoing multilateral negotiations. The greatest interest in buying, according to a source RBC in investment circles, shows Safmar, however on the net there are other contenders. The details of the transaction and the names of willing interlocutors of Agency didn’t specify.
A representative of another co-owner selling network — PPF group, General Director of “Technosila”, and also in the group of “Sampar” and “Eldorado” has refused comments.
According to experts, the market value of Eldorado based debt is 24-26 bn, excluding debt — 35-48 billion.
