Has already concluded more than two years ago, the Minsk agreement, otricali about all the “roosters” from all sides – and, as often happens in history, accustomed to them, how forcibly is kept the parents of the couple gets used to each other, slowly forgetting his youthful dreams of a beautiful pure love. Those with a longer memory, for sure no, Yes I remember that similar agreements were concluded during it and on the Karabakh conflict and the Transnistrian and South Ossetian-Abkhazian, and they all remain valid, but no one carried them out, because they had become outdated. Thought it would be and “Minsk” in all its guises, but…
At the end of 2016, greatly excited those who seemed strangers to this “celebration of life”: Germany and France.
A reasonable question arises – why? The situation is reminiscent of a famous anecdote, when the family of an English Lord suddenly spoke five children, who all considered dumb from birth, and told the astonished parents that he had filed in the morning burnt oatmeal gruel. On the puzzled question, son, and what you were silent earlier??? child reasonably answered: “And before the oatmeal didn’t burn”. It is obvious that France and Germany also unexpectedly burnt oatmeal, the only question is what and how much.
Apparently, oatmeal is imminent in both countries, elections of heads of the state, and whether strongly burnt… Yes, very much, if you look at the results of recent local elections in Germany and on the dynamics of the rating of the current President of France. Here urgently needed a major breakthrough, preferably in the form of blitzkrieg, but if blitzkrieg fails, then at least in some form. And the Minsk agreements provide, as a minimum, a field of possibilities for this.
Imagine absolutely utopian picture of Germany and France to clamp shifting for Ukraine into a corner and by deep drilling are extracted from it a special status, the laws on elections and the General Amnesty and everything else that is written in the agreements. Then you can start to wail triumphantly that “if we do not (Merkel and Hollande) Europe would be on fire, we stopped the war between Russia and Ukraine, and the great accomplishment of ours that we are not allowed, not allowed, prevented, convinced, convinced…” What is the background to such an achievement would have an inner struggle with migrants, or with economy, or with relations between different countries of the EU, or even humiliating-the peripheral role that the EU plays at the current stage of the Syrian conflict? These “mistakes Akel” everything would be forgotten, because, as the famous character of the film “the very Munchausen”, war, gentlemen, is war. Compared to her all other stuff.
Sometimes, to understand if this plan or not, it is not necessary to read the lines of official statements – just look at the faces of those who voiced. And Merkel and Hollande after the talks looked pale and gray, with every desire on their faces was impossible to catch even mild signs of recovery or inspiration. Time is running out and it is obvious that blitzkrieg is not obtained, the Minsk agreement that would have become a trump card in the election campaigns of the leaders of Germany and France, turn into a swamp which swallows up the remains of their ratings…
And I want to give advice, which, however, they are still not followed – leave the ancient dispute between the Slavs themselves. You still do they, the Slavs, do not understand and do not understand, because a priori, treat them as sub-humans, and this approach is not conducive to understanding.
